Introduction

I have always questioned WHERE the Book of Mormon events took place. Now that I am retired, I have spent countless hours researching and praying to find the answers. Where is the narrow neck of land? Why haven’t they found oxen, swine, horses, cows, sheep, silk, metal, chariots, etc. in MesoAmerica? If the Book of Mormon is the most correct book, how can we handle these discrepancies? As my grandma used to say, “I don’t care if grandpa told you to look there for spuds, if they aren’t there, look somewhere else!”

I found a place! It has a peninsula that is oriented north/south. It has a Hill Maw on a current day map! It has plants and animals that match the Book of Mormon (ie. wheat, elephants) and doesn’t have major important plants and animals that are NOT mentioned in the Book of Mormon (ie. maguey, bison). It has appropriate places names in the correct locations and correct topography. It had metals, swords, and metallurgy at the appropriate time. Metal plates with rings have been found (as Joseph Smith described). . . .

The more I research, the more I find.  If proven, this would be the most important discovery in the history of mankind. It would prove Joseph Smith was a Prophet. It would prove there is a God.
